missingWrote a review on 10 Decdining options
The location falls a bit short for dining options, requiring a drive to nearby towns for restaurants, given the town's overall inactivity in the food scene. The strict check-in time may pose challenges for those traveling from afar, as one guest encountered a rather unusual greeting upon arrival, hinting at some inflexibility around late arrivals.

The superior queen suite was neat with a view. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware were very handy. I found the hotel's location marvellous and stunning, near sea as well as Llanfairfechan.

A charming sea view escape
From the outset, Paul and Sharon, offering a complimentary prosecco and a room stocked with snacks. The sea views were fine, and we loved relaxing with binoculars in hand, spotting local wildlife!
We had to rely on takeout for our evening meal, which required a bit of planning since not many places were open.

The homemade ice-cream we discovered near the guesthouse is an absolute must-try. It's as smooth as a Welsh lullaby! Plus, the super comfy bed and fine sea views had us feeling right at home. Our breakfast, made by Sharon, was another highlight, hitting all the right notes.
To be honest, I can't answer as it was all so good, but I do wish there were more dining options nearby. Everything else just shined so bright that this reminded me of a tiny blip on our radar.

Really good hospitality and fine views
Sharon and Paul know how to. The attention to detail in our Suite with King-SIze Bed and Sea View was amazing, from the prosecco in the fridge to the binoculars for enjoying the amazing vistas of Puffin Island. Breakfast was an absolute highlight, especially the homemade bread that was served fresh and warm. I wish there were more dining options nearby, but that didn't take away from our fantastic experience!

Sharon and Paul were fantastic hosts who took pride in every detail of our stay. The homemade breakfast was a real highlight! We started our days with very nice meals that kept us energized for our hikes around Snowdonia.
The cost was a little high, but honestly worth every penny.
